The carving deck is the jewel in our crown. Here you can build your perfect roast, your very own "Sunday best", seven days a week.

Choose from slow-cooked pork, gammon, turkey or beef - we have three during the week and all four on Sundays**. Add a Yorkshire pud and some stuffing if you fancy. Then help yourself to as many servings of roast potatoes, mash and freshly steamed veg as you want. Don't forget to top it all off with lashings of hot gravy and your favourite sauces.
